Traveling to Davao by air from Manila will only take two-and-a-half hour. Balay House – Located on the hillside surrounded with lush forest. Single or Twin sharing room (lowest rate- $100), the rate is not inclusive of meals.

Samal House- ideally located on the shoreline above the shallow water, this romantic house is designed in bright pink, yellow and blue shades with separate toilet and bath. Single or Twin occupancy (lowest rate - $ 115), additional $45 for a third person sharing on the room.

Samal Suite – a story Muslim-inspired cottage with a bathtub in master’s bedroom, good for three persons (4th person will be charged $45 per night). Rate is not inclusive for meals. Lowest rate - $300

Malipano Villas – Luxury Villas located across Pearl Farm. Master’s bedroom with bathtub, a butler service and a standby boat.

Meals:
Breakfast is served at 6:30 to 9:00; lunch at 11:30 to 2:00; dinner at 6:30 to 9:00.
Food & Beverage:
Guests are not allowed to bring food and drinks except for visitors staying at Mountain Villas, Log Cabin and Campsites. The resort’s restaurant and snack bars are located near the cable swing area.
Animals
Pets are not allowed within the resort premise. Pet owners may put their pets on a cage located at the entrance area of the resort for shelter.
Accommodation charges
Free of charge: children 3 years old and below.
Four to five years old kids will be charged as that of an extra person rate with a special rate of P200.00 for lunch or dinner.

The extra person rate is P525.00 for Deluxe, P420.00 for Standard Rooms
